day 53: Black door

For most people the highlight of Lee Curtiss’ Black Door Ep is the simple yet so special house piece called Smoking Mirrors. After giving a listen to the two other tracks on the Spectral Sound release, I thought the Dyed Soundoroms remix of Black Door Beauty also deserved some attention. This is the type of eight minutes linear house track that is very enjoyable to mix. Just a simple dubby groove.
